Domestic-quality experience can be offered inside holiday homes using our direct to van (DTV) system, an intelligently distributed, customer facing internet service.
By locating an access point to the exterior of the caravan which connects to a compact router situated inside, signal strength is retained, enabling customers to stream data hungry programmes such as Netflix and iPlayer and play games consoles in real time. The system can also support multiple users simultaneously.
The service can be supplied to individuals or entire hire fleets with the option for revenue to be received by the park.

Park Wifi
Our Direct to Van service provides a domestic quality experience inside the holiday home allowing the customer to enjoy reliable internet access as well as streaming data-hungry programmes such as Disney, Netflix, and IPlayer etc. The kids (young and old) can play game consoles to their hearts’ content in real time.
This is achieved by locating a receiver on the exterior of the holiday home which connects to a compact router situated inside, resulting in zero loss of signal strength. The system can effortlessly support multiple users at any one time and is recognised as the most advanced service in the UK.
Hotspot
Hotpot WiFi is available at most of our parks and offers holiday guests short term WiFi access in their caravan, as well as at bars and restaurants on site. Our Hotspot options start from as little as £3, with packages available from 1 hour to 28 days at most locations. All products can be purchased online using a laptop, smart phone or tablet device. There’s no need to contact reception or our call centre as you can register conveniently at any time of day from your caravan or tent. If you own a static caravan or lodge then we recommend using our Direct to Van Broadband service. This offers a faster and more cost-effective service for owners and residents.
Total Park

I can’t connect?
When checking your connection please make sure that the configuration of kit is the same as the images below. If the checks are OK please power cycle the equipment, this can be done by removing the grey cable from the PoE device for 60 seconds. When connecting back up make sure to listen for the “click” noise confirming the cable is seated correctly, all the equipment should be back online within 5 minutes.
Which package is right for me?
Depending on your usage and requirements, Standard is fine for Streaming TV services, surfing the internet etc up to 6 devices at once. If you wish to game, want to run multiple devices or watch 4K then you may require Superfast, our network is typically “low latency” meaning that it is ideal for gaming. How much does it cost?
The cost comes in two parts
1) The standard installation fee is £199*. This is a one-off charge and will be taken when we process your order.
2) The subscription cost depends on which package you choose. We provide Standard and Superfast Packages, these can be paid for the full season (£199 & £260 respectfully) or broken down into Monthly payments (£19.90 & £26 respectfully)**. This is only charged once your installation is complete.
* Some parks have no installation costs due to the site’s infrastructure, on some parks the charge is a little higher, you will be informed of this when we process your order.
** Some parks costs are slightly different from the above, please contact LPIS for further details.
